Utsunomiya INK is an in-house brand from Ueno Stationery (Ue Bun) in Japan. The five-ink Utsunomiya INK series is made by Sailor, but Ueno has several other interesting exclusive releases, as well. Ueno Stationery is headquartered in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture and has been in business for more than 130 years. They have four locations in Tochigi, and three more in neighboring Saitama and Gunma Prefectures.
