Troublemaker Inks are based in Cebu in the Philippines. They are well known for their multi-colored shading inks, but also offer sheening, shimmering, and a standard line of inks. The brand has a devoted following (myself included) and produce beautiful inks. They are priced nicely and come in 60ml bottles. In their early years, they were so popular that they had a very difficult time keeping up with orders. After moving to more efficient production and logistics facilities, the company is stronger than ever!
